Rarities can be a bit challenging for newcomers to Wild Wars because there are two factors that contribute to rarity: SCARCITY (how uncommon the creature/object/general is in the world) and COMPLEXITY (how complex the mechanic that is present on the card is).
Scarcity is measured by the R code on the middle bar of the card, while complexity is measured with Power Stars on the bottom left of the car.
